De-stress: Join a yoga class

Here are ways to de- stress : get a neck and/or body massage, read a book or newspaper, relax in your bed, watch a good movie, get a manicure and pedicure, buy a new outfit, schedule a hair appointment, relax on the beach, attend yoga class , go dancing, listen to relaxing music, eat a meal at your favorite restaurant and/or relax in the Jacuzzi.
