Four Season Hotel sued, woman claims she suffered nerve damage from 2006 massage

Conway claims the massage therapist used "such great force" on her lower back, she suffered nerve damage and back injuries. According to the suit, the massage caused injuries that have left her unable to care for herself and she can't go about her daily life.
