Shelter of Flint adds 20 beds, Eastside Mission to serve more than 20,000 meals yearly with larger facilities

An extra 20 beds for those in need of emergency shelter in Flint may not sound like a significant increase, especially with the number of homeless people in the city estimated in recent years at nearly 3,400.
