THE Cordillera Administrative Region Athletic Association Meet 2014 started with a parade of delegates in the morning of Friday, February, 7, 2014 and had the opening program at the Benguet Sports Center, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet where most of the events during the week-long competition will be held.
