After reading an early November story in The Post-Crescent about Steve Ramsey, a 51-year-old Menasha man born with cerebral palsy who received a 7-year-old Lab mix dog named Wilbur with the help of the Fox Valley Humane Association, a group of Fox Cities Bunco players decided to make the duo's Christmas a little brighter.
